Kitty Kuo

Down to her last 57,000, Kitty Kuo three-bet shoved and tabled the {4-Clubs}{4-Spades} in showdown. The initial raiser held {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} but failed to connect with the {j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{7-Clubs} board to keep Kuo in contention.

Chaieb's Kicker Plays

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Damien Vidal raised to 22,000 under the gun and Ali Chaieb called from one seat over along with Patricia Poli from the small blind.

Players saw a flop of {k-Spades}{9-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Poli and Vidal checked. Chaieb bet 25,000 and Poli folded but Vidal check-called. The dealer burned and turned the {5-Hearts} and Vidal check-called another bet of 100,000 from Chaieb. The {4-Clubs} filled up the board and both players checked. Vidal showed {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and Chaieb turned over {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} to win the pot with his ace kicker.

The action started with a raise to 22,000 by Gerret van Lancker and Luis Hernandez three-bet big to 110,000. Van Lancker moved all in and the Spaniard quickly called within a matter of two seconds.

Gerret van Lancker: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Luis Hernandez: {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}

The {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} board provided an ace on the flop to let the Belgian double.

Lipien Busts; Ifergan Doubles

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Jaroslaw Lipien ended up on the rail when his {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} was second-best to the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} of Tobias Anttila on a board of {a-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{4-Spades} after a three-bet pot. The remainder of the stack only went in after the river when Anttila pushed and was called by Lipien.

The next hand provided more fireworks as Luis Faria opened to 18,000 and called the shove of Yossef Ifergan for 64,000.

Ifergan held {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} and had a flip against {a-Spades}{k-Spades}. The {10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{7-Spades} board changed nothing and Ifergan doubled.

Sonny Franco

From an early position, Farid Chati pushed for what appeared to be 110,000 and Sonny Franco just called in the cutoff, the rest of the table got out of the way.

Farid Chati: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Sonny Franco: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}

On a board of {q-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}, Chati was left drawing dead on the turn and Franco further added to his growing tower.
