Greenwood vs. Greenwood

Level 14 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Moments after defending his big blind only to check-fold flop, Sam Greenwood called out of the small blind after brother Luc Greenwood opened from middle position.

The flop came {q-Spades}{2-Spades}{8-Clubs} and Sam checked to Luc who bet 60,000. Sam called and the turn was the {a-Spades}. This time Sam check-folded to 85,000 and Luc took down the pot.

It's been a good period for Luc Greenwood, who is closing in on two million, while the average is exactly one million.

Seth Davies: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

Seth Davies opened to 46,000 from the hijack and Mikita Badziakouski three-bet to 140,000 on the button. Sam Greenwood pushed all in for 131,000 in the small blind and Davies called to make it a three-way pot.

The flop came {q-Hearts}{7-Spades}{3-Hearts} and both Davies and Badziakouski checked to the {a-Diamonds} on the turn. Two more checks saw the {9-Hearts} fall on the river and the two players opted to check it down. Davies collected the side pot with {k-Spades}{q-Spades} against Badziakouski's {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}, but it was Greenwood who would take the main pot with {a-Spades}{10-Spades}.
