The turn brought the {7-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {9-Diamonds} on the river. Mateos used a time extension and then slid in a stack of chips to put Heath to the test for his remaining 43,000 and change. Heath also used a couple of time extensions but decided to let his hand go.

Boika Picks Off Hong

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

There was a small pile of chips in the middle on a board of {10-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{k-Spades}{5-Spades}{j-Spades} and Aliaksei Boika bet 4,000 from the small blind into Jinho Hong, who was in the cutoff. Hong raised to 16,500 to put action back on Boika, who thought for 25 seconds before tossing out a chip to call.

Unfriendly Welcome for Antonius

Level 5 : 200/500, 500 ante

Patrik Antonius just recently took his seat to the left of Uri Reichenstein but it wasn't him he would have to worry about. Kemal Aslan held one of the larger stacks in the room and raised it up to 1,200 from the hijack. Antonius called on the button and the two players saw a flop of {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{3-Hearts}.

Aslan led out with a bet of 1,700 and Antonius called to see the {k-Hearts} on the turn. Aslan fired out another bet of 3,700 and Antonius made it 13,300. Aslan called and the {j-Diamonds} paired the board on the river.

Aslan checked this time and Antonius moved in half of his stack for a bet of 16,000. Aslan used up two of his time extensions before making the call. Antonius showed {4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a missed flush draw and Aslan earned the pot with {a-Spades}{k-Spades}.
