Lim Back in Action; Segebrecht Gone

Chin Wei Lim appeared to have doubled again and was in the process of three-betting all in from the big blind for 127,000 to get a reshove through and further build from there. On the following hand, Claas Segebrecht opened to 12,000 from the cutoff and Lim three-bet all in again. Segebrecht called all in for a bit less.

Both players found themselves tabling king-queen, and even though Segebrecht's was suited he was the one who wound up needing to fade a flush as the flop came . The turn was one-half of the necessary safe cards to come, but the river gave Lim the flush, earning him the pot and the knockout, increasing his stack tenfold in the last 15 minutes or so.

Greenwood Pays off Wolff

Sam Greenwood raised it up from under the gun and George Wolff called on his left along with Juan Pardo in the big blind. The flop came and Pardo checked to Greenwood who bet 11,000. Wolff called and Pardo got out of the way.

The turn was the and both players checked to the on the river. Greenwood checked again and Wolff counted out a bet of 42,000. Greenwood made the call and Wolff showed for a full house and Greenwood mucked.

Lim was posed to double as the flop dropped , but the turn improved Gieles to where Lim only had two cards left in the deck to stay alive. Luckily for him, the river was one of those two, giving him a set to improve back to the best hand and score the double as a result.

Toan Chalks Up a Victory

Robbie Toan raised to 14,000 from the cutoff and Tsugunari Toma defended from the big blind. The flop came and Toma checked to Toan who continued for 13,000. Toma check-raised to 38,000 and Toan shoved all in. Toma quickly called off his stack of around 100,000 and the cards were tabled.
