Hendrikx Doesn't Show

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

Franciscus Hendrikx raised from under the gun and picked up four callers including Johnny Hansen, Mikael Amar, and Youngshin Im. On the {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop only Amar called a bet of 1,100 by Hendrikx and did so again for 2,100 on the {k-Spades} turn.

Hendrikx then bet the {7-Hearts} river for 3,000 and Amar folded.

"Did you show your king? Hansen joked and Hendrikx shook his head,

Wendlandt Busts Strycharczyk

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

Henning Wendlandt had already chipped up a lot and then called the shove of Michal Strycharczyk on the {7-Clubs}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} turn with the {j-Clubs}{6-Clubs}, his opponent was caught on a bluff as he only had the {q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}. The river was the blank {7-Diamonds} and Strycharczyk headed to the rail.

Small Pot for Sanchez

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante

Juan Sanchez raised to 600 from the cutoff and was called by Stylianos Kollatos on the button and Julien Martini in the big blind.

They all checked through the {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop and the {9-Hearts} on the turn to the {6-Diamonds} on the river. They all checked for the last time. Martini tabled {k-Hearts}{4-Hearts} but Sanchez held {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for the pair of eights which was enough to pick up the small pot.

Losev Wins Incredible Showdown

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante
Alexey Losev
Alexey Losev

The cards were on their backs and several players could all but smile, also took out their smartphones to take a picture of what had just happened. One of them said "it was four-bet preflop and all-in after the flop" as Ricardo Da Rocha seemed poised to score a double knockout.

A shorter stacked Urmo Velvelt was involved but Alexey Losev was the one to make the headlines eventually.

The flop showed {10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{6-Spades} and the following cards were turned over.

Alexey Losev: {5-Spades}{2-Spades}
Urmo Velvelt: {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}
Ricardo Da Rocha: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}

Losev spiked the {3-Spades} turn and {4-Spades} river run out to hit a straight flush and Velvelt hit the rail as he was covered by Losev, while Da Rocha was left with a chip and a chair.

"Very good dealer," Losev admitted.

Stancescu Doubles Through Reichenstein

Level 3 : 100/200, 200 ante
Uri Reichenstein
Uri Reichenstein

Sebastian Malec and Uri Reichenstein, who had the epic heads-up duel for the EPT Barcelona Main Event title, have been seated next to each other and Reichenstein just lost a big pot to Marian Stancescu.

Reichenstein three-bet to 2,400 and then bet throughout the {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades}{a-Hearts} board. First, it was for 2,000, followed by 6,500 and he then moved all-in on the river. Stancescu called all-in for 18,200 and Reichenstein tabled the {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for a full house, but Stancescu had the best of it with {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}.
