Seiji Flops the Nuts to Eliminate Muehloecker

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Thomas Muehloecker raised under the gun, Rodrigo Seiji jammed from the small blind and Muehloecker called to put himself at risk.

Thomas Muehloecker: {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Rodrigo Seiji: {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

The flop was a jackpot for Seiji as it came {10-Clubs}{q-Spades}{a-Hearts} to give him the nuts with broadway. But Muehloecker was still drawing live as he needed the board to pair.

The turn was the {8-Diamonds} and the river came the {3-Spades} to end the day for Muehloecker.

Double Knockout for Song Crowns First Chip Millionaire

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

The action started with a raise to 16,000 by Daichi Tominaga and Adrian Mateos moved all-in for 163,000 from one seat over in the cutoff. Daewoong Song flat-called on the button and Tominaga then pushed for some 280,000, which Song called instantly.

Adrian Mateos: {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
Daichi Tominaga: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Daewoong Song: {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}

The best hand preflop held on a board of {q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{8-Clubs}{a-Spades} and that ensured the double knockout for Song, who leaped to a seven-figure stack as a result.

Danchev Felted by Tominaga

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Once the action folded to Dimitar Danchev in the small blind, he pushed all-in for the last 48,000. He only needed to get through Daichi Tominaga, who eyeballed the chips of his table neighbour for some ten seconds. The call then followed and Danchev was at risk but ahead in the showdown.

Dimitar Danchev: {k-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}
Daichi Tominaga: {10-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}

Doyle Brunson's marquee hand struck on the {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Spades} flop and Danchev's fate was sealed after the {4-Clubs} turn and {6-Clubs} river.

Kim Carves from Nemeth

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

The board was completed to read a wet looking {2-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{a-Spades}. Gab Yong Kim bet 25,000 and Andras Nemeth called.

Kim tabled the {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} for broadway which was the winner as Nemeth mucked.

Meanwhile a couple of hands prior at the same table, Sam Grafton doubled through Alex Kulev to put himself in a healthier chip position.

Song Notches Up Another Bounty

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Pedro Garagnani
Pedro Garagnani

Daewoong Song opened the action with a raise to 16,000 and then faced the shove for 96,000 by Pedro Garagnani from one seat over, which he instantly called.

Pedro Garagnani: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Daewoong Song: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}

The {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{4-Spades} flop opened up some chop opportunities but the kicker played on the {3-Hearts} turn and {7-Diamonds} river runout. Song collected his second bounty of the day and further climbed on the leaderboard.

Binar Doubles Through Astedt

Level 13 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Down to just 48,000, Pavel Binar moved all-in from the hijack. Chip leader Niklas Astedt moved all-in over the top to isolate successfully.

Pavel Binar: {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Niklas Astedt: {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Binar nailed the {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop but had to endure a sweat on the {2-Diamonds} turn, as Astedt picked up a diamond draw. However, the {q-Clubs} river was a blank and Binar doubled to get back above the starting stack.

Two Barrels Work for Nemeth

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Andras Nemeth raised to 13,000 in the cutoff and was called only by Alexandros Theologis on the button. The initial raiser continued for 14,000 on the {k-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds} flop and Theologis came along. Nemeth sized up on the {2-Diamonds} turn and made it 46,000 to go, which proved to be too much for Theologis.

Kulev Bombs River

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Action was on the turn as the board read {7-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}. From under the gun, Alex Kulev bet 30,000 and Andraw Nemeth called from the small blind.

The river came the {2-Clubs}. Kulev put together a hefty bet of 88,000 on the river and fired it forward. Nemeth thought for quite a while, using two time extensions before eventually folding his hand.
