Hissou Picks Off Schemion

Picking action up on a turn board reading {2-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{8-Spades}, Sirzat Hissou checked to Ole Schmion, who bet 14,500. Hissou made the call to see the {9-Spades} fall on the river.

After Hissou checked again, Schemion fired out 41,500 chips, which Hissou called.

Schemion showed {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for king-high, while Hissou rivered two pair with his {9-Diamonds}{6-Spades} to earn the chips and move near double starting stack.

Meanwhile, Marius Gierse has joined the field.

The turn was the {3-Spades}. Chidwick overbet 11,000 into a pot of 9,500. Schemion called again.

The river came the {k-Clubs}. Schemion checked a third time and Chidwick used a time bank before deciding to bet 15,000. Schemion thought for nearly 30 seconds and folded.

Chidwick Hero Calls Hissou

Stephen Chidwick opened from the cutoff for 3,500 and got a call from Sirzat Hissou on the button.

Chidwick continued for another 3,500 on the {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{9-Spades} flop, which Hissou called.

Chidwick fired again on the {6-Clubs} turn for 6,000, and again Hissou called.

On the {3-Diamonds} river, Chidwick checked to Hissou, who bet 12,500.

Chidwick used a time bank to make his decision but ultimately called.

Hissou showed {10-Spades}{8-Spades} for a missed open ended straight flush draw. Chidwick then turned over {k-Hearts}{q-Spades} for a winning king-high!

The flop came {3-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{j-Hearts}. Both players checked the hand all the way down as the turn came the {j-Spades} and the river was the {6-Hearts}.

Dvoress had the {4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}, Heath had the {k-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Brito Silva showed the winner with the {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Dvoress was busted as he went out.

Dvoress Stays Alive

Daniel Dvoress was all in for 500 and Stephen Chidwick raised to 2,500. The latest entry in the tournament was Sirzat Hissou, and he called in the big blind.

Hissou checked the {k-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop and Chidwick continued for 1,500. Hissou check-raised to 4,000 and Chidwick called.

The turn {5-Spades} was checked by both players.

The river was the {4-Diamonds}. Hissou checked and Chidwick bet 12,000. Hissou used a time bank before folding.

Chidwick tabled {10-Hearts}{9-Clubs} for ten-high and Dvoress stayed alive with {10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} for a rivered straight.

"I knew I had you pre-flop," joked Chidwick.

From the cutoff, Ben Heath raised to 2,500. Daniel Dvoress three-bet to 7,500 from the button, Heath called.

The flop came {3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{a-Spades}. Dvoress continued for 4,500 and Heath called.

The turn was the {10-Diamonds}. Heath check-called again, this time a bet of 16,000 from Dvoress.

The {q-Spades} filled out the board on the river. Heath checked once again. Dvoress bet 26,000, to leave himself a single 500 chip behind. Heath attempted to raise him all in for the last chip but it was ruled that it had to be a full raise and therefore just a call.

Dvoress tabled {a-}{k-} which was bested by the {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} boat of Heath and Dvoress was left with one chip.
