Kim Wins Without Showdown; Gabay Takes Small Pot From Ensan

Gab Yong Kim raised to 40,000 and Leonardo Romeo three-bet to 140,000.

"How much do you play?" Kim inquired and Romeo replied he had around 1.2 million at his disposal. Kim then four-bet to 380,000 and Romeo instantly folded.

One table over, Hossein Ensan enjoyed a decent start into the day and doubled his stack already. He defended the big blind in the latest hand against Omer Gabay's min-raise on the button and they checked the {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop. On the {a-Diamonds} turn, Ensan bet 35,000 and Gabay called. They checked the {6-Hearts} river once more and Ensan's {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs} was no good as Gabay had the {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}.

Mulder Tangles Once More With Kuliberda

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Teun Mulder and Dawid Kuliberda have history from previous days and just clashed in a battle of the blinds. Kuliberda limp-called a raise to 70,000 by Mulder and then check-called the {k-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop for 50,000.

He check-called for another 150,000 on the {9-Hearts} turn and checked once more on the {4-Spades} river. Mulder fired a third barrel for 300,000 and Kuliberda tank-folded.

After the hand was over, Mulder grinned and revealed "I was light" in table chat.

Konakchiev's Big Slick Cracks Kings

David Huspeka {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} raised to 40,000 from under the gun and got calls from Adrian Mateos {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and Ezequiel Waigel {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}

Valentino Konakchiev was in the small blind with {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} and three-bet to 220,000.

Huspeka then four-bet all in for 1,105,000 and Konakchiev used two time banks before calling.

The {k-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} put Konakchiev into the lead with top pair. The turn was the {9-Spades} and the river the {2-Spades} as Konakchiev doubled up.

Tedeschi Beats Cortellazzi for a Double

Andrea Cortellazzi shoved from the button and Paul Tedeschi called for his last 600,000 from the small blind. The big blind mucked and action was heads up with Tedeschi at risk.
