Stephen Chidwick opened to 22,000 and Johan Guilbert flat-called on the button. Adrian Mateos three-bet to 100,000 in the big blind and Chidwick folded.

Guilbert used up a time bank before shoving for 395,000. Mateos snap-called.

Johan Guilbert: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Adrian Mateos: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

There was no help for the Frenchman on the {a-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} board and he headed to the exit, closely followed by his camera crew.

Meanwhile after another big elimination, there is a new chip leader with Mateos sitting on well over 1.5 million.

Nick Petrangelo

On a {3-Spades}{2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} board, Nick Petrangelo used a time bank before overbet shoving for 344,000 into a pot of 260,000.

His opponent was Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier who used up five time banks before making the call.

"Fuck," said Grospellier, tabling {8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}. There was no miracle eight on the river, with the {q-Diamonds} handing Petrangelo the double up.
