On a river board of , Stefanov's opponent Knutas Sjogren bet 19,000 into a pot of approximately 35,000.

Stefanov replied with a raise to 58,000, and Sjogren took some time before folding to leave himself approximately 70,000, while Stefanov approaches the 300,000 mark.

Holmberg Doubles through Manor

Ran Manor raised to 3,300 from under the gun and Alexander Holmberg called from middle position. The blinds got out of the way and action was heads up.

The flop came and Manor continued for 11,000. Holmberg shoved for 35,000 and Manor called quickly to put Holmberg at risk.

Chiriac took a minute or so to deliberate, with Diaz saying, "if you show me your hand, I'll help you".

Chiriac said "okay, I'll show you", folding face up.

Diaz still needs to help himself if he's to make Day 2, with just over 20 big blinds in his stack.

Angelousis Takes from Jazdi

Ismail Jazdi limped in from middle position and Kostantinos Angelousis raised to 4,300 from two seats over. The rest of the table got out of the way and Jazdi was the lone caller.

The flop was and Jazdi checked. Angelousis bet 6,200 and Jazdi check-called to see on the turn.

Both players checked the turn and fell on the river. Jazdi fired 5,300 and Angelousis called. Jazdi turned over , but Angelousis showed to take the pot with queens and fives.
