Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Juan Vecino raised to 50,000 in the cutoff and was three-bet to 120,000 by Day 1 chip leader Maxime Costas. Action folded back to Vecino who moved all-in for 380,000 total.

Costas called, and they were off to see five cards.

Juan Vecino: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Maxime Costas: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

The board of {4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{5-Spades}{7-Diamonds} ran clean for Vecino giving him a double up and taking a chunk out of Costas' stack.

Kyte Loses a Chunk to Kubenka

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

From the button, Jon Kyte called a raise to 55,000 by Petr Kubenka in the cutoff.

The duo saw a flop of {10-Clubs}{2-Spades}{5-Spades}, which Kubenka continued on for 50,000. Kyte thought for a moment, then moved all in for Kubenka's remaining 365,000. Kubenka instantly called and showed Kyte the bad news.

Petr Kubenka: {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
Jon Kyte: {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Kubenka had Kyte's top pair crushed by his overpair of kings, which held through the turn {7-Diamonds} and the river {j-Clubs}.

Despite the hit, Kyte still has over double the average stack in the room.

Wild Ride for Shehadeh

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Petr Kubenka moved all-in from the small blind for 470,000 and was called by Luigi Shehadeh in the big blind, who had him slightly covered.

Petr Kubenka: {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Luigi Shehadeh: {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

Shehadeh was left with just 70,000 after the {k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{k-Spades} runout. He was then all-in from the small blind in the next hand and was called by Jon Kyte in the big blind. The short stack would double with the Doyle Brunson ({10-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}) against his opponent's {7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}.

Shehadeh then made it a hat-trick of all-ins, jamming from the button for 170,000. Jon Kyte called but folded when Eros Calderone moved all-in from the big blind.

Luigi Shehadeh: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Eros Calderone: {k-Clubs}{10-Spades}

Shehadeh was in great shape for a triple up but would need some help after the {10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop. His prayers were answered in the {a-Diamonds} turn and he moved back up 560,000 after the {8-Clubs} river.

Markov Doubles Through Avigal

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Anton Markov opened the action by moving all in for 300,000. Meir Avigal shoved over top for over a million.

The duo was off to the races with Markov's tournament life at stake.

Anton Markov: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}
Meir Avigal: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

The dealer spread {k-Spades}{q-Spades}{3-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{6-Spades} to give Markov a winning pair of kings for the double up, while Avigal's stack dropped below a million for the first time in a while.
