Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

There was around 10,000 in the pot on the {4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{q-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} board. Fabian Gumz slid out chips from the big blind to put Ivan Deyra all-in from under the gun.

Double for Derwiche

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Imad Derwiche opened to 1,100 from early position and was called by Charlie Hawes and Kayhan Mokri from middle position and the small blind respectively. Mihai Gabriel Niste then jammed as the big stack from the big blind.

Derwiche, who started the hand with 12,400 called off his stack, while the rest of the table folded.

Niste had a black pair of tens and was behind Derwiche's pocket queens. The latter was able to get a double up and change after the {k-Spades}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} runout.

Alexander Lynskey
Alexander Lynskey

With around 11,000 in the middle and the board reading {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}, Luciano Macchiarelli was heads-up in a pot with Alex Lynskey. Macchiarelli led out with a bet of 7,000 in the small blind and Lynskey just called from the hijack.

The {3-Hearts} completed the board and Macchiarelli ripped all in for around 13,000. Lynskey instantly slid out chips to call and Macchiarelli tabled {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for a flush. Lynskey flipped over {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} for quad aces and Macchiarelli was sent to the rail.

Leonard Loses a Small One

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Patrick Leonard opened to 1,000 on the button and was only called by the big blind. The {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop checked through to the {k-Spades} turn. The big blind then check-called for 2,000.

The {a-Spades} completed the board and action checked through. The big blind turned over his {k-Clubs}{9-Spades} for a pair of kings and Leonard mucked his hand.

On Leonard's right sits Alexandre Reard, who has a fresh starting stack.

Ensan Forced to Fold the River

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Three players headed to a flop of {k-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and the action checked to Hossein Ensan on the button who threw in a bet of 3,500. He was called by both of his opponents and the {a-Diamonds} landed on the turn.

It checked to Ensan again who fired out another 4,500. Robert James was the only one to call and the {j-Diamonds} on the river put four diamonds on the board. James led out with a bet of 7,500 and Ensan was forced to fold his hand.
