In the previous hand, Alex Peffly had folded the flop when facing a bet of 11,000 by Gab Yong Kim. The latter then also came along in the small blind when Peffly raised the button, as did Orpen Kisacikoglu in the big blind. On the 
flop, only Kisacikoglu check-called a bet worth 4,500 by Peffly and then check-folded the 
turn when the Brit made it 10,000 to go.
