Krueger Gives Jaworski Nightmares on Fifth Street

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Marcin Jaworski
Marcin Jaworski

On a board of {10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} with a pot of around 39,000, the action was on Klas Krueger who elected to bet his remaining 41,200 chips, covering his opponent Marcin Jaworski.

Jaworksi thought hard before committing the rest of his chips, roughly 29,000, and tabled {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}. The pocket aces were no match for Krueger's {7-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Trip sevens were enough to win the pot and eliminate Jaworski from the tournament.

Coknez Scores a Double

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Vedat Coknez was somewhat surprised to get reluctantly called only for around 14 blinds when he was all-in with the {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}. Karol Bogusz looked him up with a suited ace-jack too and Coknez got there thanks to the {q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs} runout as he hit running cards to a flush.
