Day 1 Started
The 2022 PokerStars and Barcelona©Casino European Poker Tour is nearing its conclusion but not before it continues tonight with the two-day €25,000 No-Limit Hold'em, which will begin at 7 p.m. local time.
Players will begin with a massive starting stack of 100,000 chips and levels will be 30 minutes. Players will play 10 levels on Day 1 with 15-minute breaks after Level 4 and Level 7.
The late registration period will close at the beginning of Day 2, and players will be allowed unlimited re-entries up until that point. A shot clock will be implemented from the start of the event and players will be given 30-second time bank cards at various points throughout Event #56. One caveat of this tournament is that eliminated players who wish to re-enter may only receive the number of time bank cards they had when they were eliminated.
Players will play to a winner on Day 2, with approximately 15% of the field getting paid.
Stay tuned as PokerNews live reporting team provides updates of this event, the conclusion of the Main Event, and more over the next few days here at Casino Barcelona.
The tournament will start soon as the players get seated.
