Badziakouski Calls For His Tournament Life

Level 4 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

With the board showing {k-Spades}{7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{7-Spades}, Dan Smith made a pot-size bet of 50,000 from the small blind as action was on Mikita Badziakouski on the button.

Badziakouski used two time banks before calling all in as Smith opened up {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs} for two pair, kings and sevens. Badziakouski flashed {k-}{9-} before heading for the exit.

Level 4 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Kahle Burns
Kahle Burns

Michael Addamo raised to 3,500 on the button and was looked up by Kahle Burns in the big blind.

Burns checked to Addamo on the {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}, and Addamo bet 4,000. Burns called and they saw the {a-Spades} on the turn.

After Burns checked once more, Addamo threw out 25,000 and Burns called. The river came the {10-Spades} and both players quickly checked.

"King-high," Burns said, turning over {k-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}. Addamo mucked his cards and surrendered the pot to his fellow Australian.

Bujtas Goes For The Bluff

Level 3 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Laszlo Bujtas opened the action from the hijack to 3,500 and was called by Orpen Kisacikoglu on the button and Seth Davies in the big blind.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} and all players checked their options. On the {7-Hearts} turn Bujtas bet 4,000 and only Kisacikoglu made the call.

The {8-Clubs} completed the board and Bujtas sized up to 25,000. Kisacikoglu went deep in the tank and after much contemplation eventually tossed in a chip for the call. Bujtas rolled over {j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for jack-high and Kisacikoglu revealed {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for top-pair, enough to scoop the pot.

Juan Pardo raised to 3,500 from under the gun before David Yan re-raised to 11,000 in the cutoff. Pardo four-bet to 26,000 and Yan called.

The flop came {a-Spades}{8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and Pardo continued for 7,000. Yan called and both players checked the {j-Diamonds} turn.

Pardo bet another 10,000 on the {6-Hearts} river and Yan quickly tossed his cards in the muck.

Level 2 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Michael Addamo
Michael Addamo

The action was picked up in a pot of roughly 70,000 on a board showing {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}. Michael Addamo bet 10,000 in the big blind after Sirzat Hissou checked from the small blind.

Hissou took a moment before moving all in for 65,000 and Addamo went into the tank. After using one time bank chip, Addamo eventually flicked in a chip for the call of his remaining 44,000 and was shown {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for queen-high and the missed straight draw. Addamo happily rolled over {a-Spades}{10-Clubs} for a pair of tens and the full double up was sent his way.
