The previous record was set in 2019 at the €1,100 EPT National, which drew a massive field of 4,682. At the time of writing, the first five flights have accumulated over 5,000 entries, with 523 players already having advanced to Day 2 from the first four flights.

Slovakia's David Urban continues to lead the way after he secured a bag of 833,000 chips in flight 1a.
