Albarran check-called a 1,000 bet from Welling on the 739 flop and the both players checked on the J turn.

The 5 completed the board and Albarran checked to Welling, who bet 2,500. Albarran called and Welling tabled 86 for the nuts. Albarran mucked and Welling added to his stack.

Sorrenti was well ahead with his pocket queens and the board ran out AQQ96. Scaramastra was drawing dead on the flop to Sorrenti's quads. He was eliminated from the tournament and Sorrenti chipped back up to over the starting stack.

Adrian Dan opened to 1,100 from early position and was three-bet to 2,000 by Adrian State in middle postion. Action folded back around to Dan, who shoved, which was enough to put State all in for his last 25,000. State called and hands were revealed.

State was in good shape to double up, but the 41029K runout provided Dan with a winning set of nines on the turn and State was sent to the rail.

The flop came 4310. Allan checked and Buhaiov bet 1,200. Allan raised to 3,100 and Buhaiov called. Both players checked it back on the A turn.

The river was the 8 and Buhaiov led out for 10,000. Allan found the fold and Buhaiov won the pot.

Readers might remember hearing about the race car tearing through the Wynn Las Vegas last November. It appears that was part of the production for Red Bull's epic race through Las Vegas.

Nines Enough For Eriksson

Cedric Chevalme opened to 1,600 from middle position and was called by Daniel Gonzalez in the cutoff and Lars Eriksson on the button.

Chevalme contined for 2,000 on the 1046 flop and only Eriksson called.

The 5 fell on the turn and Chevalme bet 2,500.

"Are you milking me?" Eriksson asked as he put in a call.

The 4 completed the board and both players checked.

Eriksson turned over 99 for a pair of nines and Chevalme revealed he held the A6 for a pair of sixes before sending his hand into the muck.

Chung Gets Two Streets

Wai Chung raised to 1,500 from under the gun and was called by Smain Mamouni.

The flop came 5210. Chung continued for 2,500 and and Mamouni called. The turn came the Q and Chung picked it up with a bet of 6,200. Mamouni called again.

The river was the 8. Chung bet out 15,500. This proved too much for Mamouni, who made the fold and conceded the pot to Chung.

Scaramastra Sniffs Out Sandev's Bluff

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Nicola Scaramastra opened to 1,600 from middle position and was called by Georgi Sadev in the cutoff.

Scaramastra check-called a 1,800 bet from Sandev on the 68K flop and then both players checked on the 6 turn.

The 8 river double-paired the board and Scaramastra checked once more. This time Sandev fired 6,500 into the middle and Scaramastra quickly called.

"I play the board," Sandev said as he revealed 44 for a counterfeited pair. Scaramastra turned over 1010 for tens and eights and was sent the pot.
