Herrera Spikes the River

Daniel Herrera opened to 200,000 from under the gun and Marius Lussi moved all in from middle position for approximately 600,000. Herrera made the call with a covering stack.

Lussi was in great shape to secure the double up and remained so on the 654 flop and Q turn. That all changed when the river brought the 10, giving Herrera a pair of tens to eliminate Lussi and take down the pot.

Johansen Shoves the River

Maciej Kondraszuk raised to 135,000 from the button and Frederik Johansen called from the small blind.

The flop was 8J2 and both players checked to see A on the turn.

Johansen checked again on the turn and called when Kondraszuk put out 105,000.

The river was K and Johansen checked once more. Kondraszuk put out 210,000 but he snap-folded Johansen fired back with a shove.

Johansen is on a red-hot Day 3 run and he is now at the 3,000,000 mark.

David Hareuveni opened to 160,000 from the small blind and Parker Talbot defended from the big blind.

The flop came KQ2 and Hareuveni fired a continuation bet of 175,000 which was called by Talbot.

Hareuveni slowed down with a check on the 2 turn and Talbot took the initiative, betting 355,000 which was enough to force a fold from his opponent.

Gino Cardenas and Emmanouil Asgoudakis were heads up to a flop showing Q106, with Cardenas leading out for half of the pot.

Asgoudakis announced all in and was quickly called by Cardenas.
