Nyberg Gets Respect

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Louis Nyberg opened to 300,000 from middle position and received calls from Avihai Smadga in the small blind and Petros Karadimos in the big blind.

The flop came Q95 and action checked around to Nyberg who made a continuation bet of 300,000. Smadga got out of the way while Karadimos made the call.

Karadimos checked the A turn and Nyberg fired a second barrel, this time for 1,500,000 which was enough to force a fold from his opponent.

Meanwhile, Santiago Plante and Vitor Peixoto Moreira have been recently eliminated from the tournament.
