Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Patrik Antonius
Patrik Antonius

Ramzi Karam opened to 2,500 from early position and found one caller in Patrik Antonius from the big blind.

Both players checked on the 373 flop and Antonius led out for 3,000 on the 3 turn. Karam called.

The 7 river brought a full house on board and Antonius announced he was all in for about 15,000 total. Karam pondered a bit, but landed on a fold and Antonius dragged the pot uncontested.

Unlucky Unlu Runs Big Slick Into Aces

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Ettore Esposito opened to 3,000 in middle position and Sinan Unlu three-bet to 7,700 from the cutoff before Charles Mifsud four-bet jammed for around 60,000 from the small blind. Esposito folded and Unlu called with a slightly smaller stack.

Sinan Unlu: AK
Charles Mifsud: AA

Unlu had run into aces and got no help from the board of 3J553 to be eliminated.

Andrusiak Makes The Right Call

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Mykyta Andrusiak opened to 2,500 from early position and was called by Max Rotko in the big blind.

Both players checked on the 4A4 flop and Rotko checked again on the 5 turn. Andrusiak bet 3,800 and Rotko paused for some time before raising to 9,000. Andrusiak called.

The 7 completed the board and Rotko fired 16,000 into the middle — sending Andrusiak deep into the tank. Andrusiak eventually put one chip in to denote a call and Rotko turned over 33. Andrusiak showed AJ for a winning pair of aces and collected the sizable pot.

Straight And Flush For Genon

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Short stack with only 4,600 chips, Clément Genon went all in from the cutoff and was called by Eero Palmu in the big blind.

Clément Genon: K9
Eero Palmu: A8

Genon found a flush draw on the flop 4J6, then a straight draw on the turn 10. He needed one of the draws to be completed on the river. And he had both, with the Q, so he doubled up.

Very small Double Up For Khan

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With a very small stack of 2,900 chips, Umar Khan moved all in from under the gun. All the other players folded to Niklas Astedt, who called in the big blind.

Umar Khan: 42
Niklas Astedt: 105

"You're ahead," said a player at the table. "Not anymore," answered "Lena900" after the flop A94 that gave a pair to Khan. The situation didn't change with the turn 2 and the river 6, so Khan doubled up.
