Nicola Pezzullo was out of position in a heads-up pot against Ivan Chetin on a board of 5♥Q♥10♠2♥.
Pezzullo checked on the turn and Chetin bet 16,000. Pezzullo check-jammed and Chetin quickly called off with a stack of 72,000.

Pezzullo was in front with a flush, but Chetin had the ace of hearts to be drawing to a bigger flush. He hit is as the J♥ landed on the river and Pezzullo let out a sigh as he counted out the chips he owed Chetin.
Ethem Subasi and Alexandre Moreau were in a blind versus blind battle on a flop of 7♣K♣K♥ when Moreau bet 5,000. Subasi then moved all in for 70,000 and Moreau snap-called.

Subasi had flopped trip kings, but he was behind Moreau's ace-kicker. The 3♥ turn was no help, while the A♣ river improved Moreau to a full house and sent Subasi to the rail.
With almost nothing left, Peter Tordai was all in in the small blind, and had to win against Antoine Vranken in the hijack to stay in the tournament.

Tordai stayed at his seat after the board 8♦6♠J♦6♦8♣. But he eventually had to left, because the two pairs on the board and Vraken's king became the best hand on the river.
With around 35,000 in the pot on a board of 5♠3♦9♠6♦, Gonzalo Leal Moreno bet 29,000 from under the gun before Gaelle Baumann moved all in for 122,000 from the button.
Leal Moreno tanked for several minutes before he called with A♠J♠ for the nut flush draw. Baumann turned over 6♥6♣ for a turned set of sixes.
The river was the spade Leal Moreno was looking for, but it was the 6♠ as Baumann made quads to secure the pot. The stacks were counted down and Leal Moreno had her covered by just 4,000 as Baumann doubled up.
Rachid El Yaacoubi three-bet to 23,000 on the button and Mohammad Nadjafian called in the hijack.
The flop came 7♥10♠10♥ and El Yaacoubi continued for 18,000. Nadjafian again called and the 5♦ fell on the turn.
El Yaacoubi then fired out another 48,000 and Nadjafian spent some time counting out his remaining stack before tossing his cards away. El Yaacoubi flashed the 2♣ as he took the pot.
In the hijack, one of the big stacks of the field, Chakib Mhiri, opened to 7,500. On the button, Dmitrii Kopyl three-bet to 20,000.
When the action came back to him, Mhiri moved all in and Kopyl called with his last 85,500 chips.
