Ladev Loads a Five-Bet

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Hwany Lee opened to 5,500 from early position and Markkos Ladev made a three-bet to 17,000 from the hijack. Dmitrii Nazarov was in the cutoff and made a four-bet to 30,000.

Lee got out of the way and Ladev checked out his opponent's stack. He then announced his all-in, covering his opponent's 164,000 stack. Nazarov snap folded and the pot was awarded to Ladev without any additional cards being dealt.

Chouity Barrells Two Streets

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Nicolas Vayssieres opened under the gun to 5,000 and got called in one spot by Nicolas Chouity in middle position.

The KKA flop landed and action checked through to a 10 turn. Vayssieres checked again and Chouity put out a bet of 6,000.

Vayssieres called and the dealer pealed off the 8 river. After Vayssieres checked again, Chouity sized up and wagered 19,000. Vayssieres sat in the tank for a moment but eventually mucked his hand. Chouity scooped and was involved in the next hand.

Sanan Takes From Martirosian

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Satish Sanan just limped from under the gun. The other players folded to Benjamin Spragg in the small blind who called. But Artur Martirosian prefered to squeeze to 12,500 in the big blind. Sanan called, and Spragg folded.

On the flop 544, Martirosian bet 7,500 and he was called by Sanan. But on the turn 6, Sanan decided to bet 12,000 after Martirosian checked. The Russian player called, then both players checked on the river 8.

Martirosian thought he had the win with AK. But Sanan had A6 for a pair, so he scooped the pot.

Mateos Busts Papazian in Four-Bet Pot

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Adrian Mateos
Adrian Mateos

The action in this hand was caught on the river, but Wooram Cho was kind enough to provide PokerNews with the details of the hand.

After an open from Satish Sanan from middle position, Alexandru Papazian three-bet from the button before Adrian Mateos made a four-bet from the small blind. The action folded back to Papazian, who made the call.

Mateos then bet two streets on the 9424 board and Papazian called twice. The pair then arrived on the 6 river, having created a pot of roughly 150,000 chips. Mateos then jammed all in, covering Papazian 37,500 stack.

Papazian used multiple time bank extensions and repeeked his cards several times before committing to the call. Mateos tabled KK, after which Papazian flung his cards into the muck. The dealer retrieved the 77 he called with and Mateos was awarded the big pot.

New Round of Eliminations

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Ding Doubles Up

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Biao Ding shipped his 17,000 remaining chips in from middle position and Ivan Tukmachev was the only caller, from the small blind.

Biao Ding: AQ
Ivan Tukmachev: KQ

Both players would pair their queen on the 273Q6 runout, but DIng's higher kicker would see him win this pot.

Tukmachev Faces Turn Lead

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Ivan Tukmachev opened under the gun to 4,500 and only got called by Jeremie Zouari in the small blind and by Simone Andrian in the big blind.

The KJ2 flop landed and action checked to Tukmachev who continued for 8,500. Only Andrian called and the J hit the turn.

Andrian took a moment and then opted to lead this card for 11,000. Tukmachev thought it over for a moment and then came with a call.

The J river landed giving any pair a boat. Andrian hit the brakes and checked to Tukmachev who, after a few moments of thought, put out another bet of 11,000. It appeared that Andrian didn't have enough to call as he mucked.

Tukmachev dragged the pot.
