Juan Pardo

Artur Martirosian bet 8,000 from under the gun on a flop of 6A3 before Juan Pardo raised to 20,000 in the big blind.

Martirosian called to the 5 turn, where Pardo moved all in for 70,000. Martirosian spent some time in the tank before calling.

Pardo stood up and revealed 98 for a straight draw, while Martirosian had AJ for a pair of aces. The A river improved Martirosian to trips and sent Pardo to the rail again.

Daniel Smiljkovic

With roughly 22,000 in the middle and two players seeing a board of A52, Daniel Smiljkovic checked from out of position and Mikita Badziakouski bet 7,000. Smiljkovic raised to 20,000 and Badziakouski called.

Smiljkovic bet 10,000 on the 8 turn and was once again called by Badziakouski.

On the 10 river Smiljkovic moved all in for approximately 60,000 and Badziakouski snap-called.

Smiljkovic tabled A5 for two pair, aces and fives but Badziakouski showed down K10 for the nut-flush to take down the pot and send Smiljkovic to the rail just a few hands after he had entered.

Iakobishvili Running Good in Flops

Level 10 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 228, Aleksejs Ponakovs bet 17,000 from the big blind and Gha Iakobishvili called on the button.

"I won 12," Iakobishvili called over to Albert Daher as they headed to the 8 turn.

"You won five," Daher yelled back as his own flop contained two red cards. "I don't know when I'm going to win."

Both Iakobishvili and Ponakovs checked to the 10 river, where Ponakovs won the pot with a bet of 20,000.

"You're going to win first place, don't worry. But you're going to lose all the money in flips," Iakobishvili told Daher.

Daniel Rezaei then bet 8,000 on a flop of 38Q and Iakobishvili called on the button. Both players checked the 7 turn.

The river came the 2 and Iakobishvili bet 25,000. "It's hard for you to have two red cards," Rezaei said as he tossed in a call.

"I have jack-eight," Iakobishvili said, showing J8 as Rezaei mucked.

Pardo Runs Into Jacks

Level 10 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Juan Pardo
Juan Pardo

Aleksejs Ponakovs raised to 5,000 and Joao Vieira called before Daniel Rezaei three-bet to 18,000 in the small blind. Juan Pardo threw in his last 8,000 in the big blind, Ponakovs folded, but Vieira then reshoved for 90,000. Rezaei used a few of his time banks before folding.

Juan Pardo: 43
Joao Vieira: JJ

Pardo recognized the perilousness of his situation as he tossed his cards into the middle of the table. He made a pair on the 10K3 flop, but improved no further on the 7 turn or K river to hit the rail.
