Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Eduard Norel
Eduard Norel

Eduard Norel opened to 4,500 from early position and was called by David Karsenty in the small blind. Karsenty checked the KK5 flop before Norel continued for 4,000.

Karsenty answered with a check-raise to 9,500 and was called to the 2 turn. Karsenty then led out by announcing a bet of 16,000 and Norel took some time before making the call.

After the 2 river, Karsenty committed the rest of his stack of around 50,000 and Norel went into the tank. After a few minutes, the call was made.

"Nice hand" said Karsenty, turning over A9 for two pair on board with an ace kicker. Norel revealed J10 for a flush to take down a big pot and send Karsenty to the rail.

Wiciak then folded his next three hands. While the Frenchman took a small hit during the orbit, he still has plenty of chips in front of him and has just under 100 big blinds.
