Hallaert Busts Sammer to Bring in Three Table Redraw

Harald Sammer opened to 50,000 from the cutoff before Kenny Hallaert made it 140,000 from the small blind. Sammer moved all in for around 500,000 and Hallaert quickly called.

Both players paired their ace on the A♥8♠6♦ flop, but Hallaert's king kicker put him in the lead. The 7♣ turn and 5♥ river marked the end of Sammer's deep run.

Siarhei Chudapal Eliminated in 24th Place ($28,425)

Bjorn Kozenkai raised to 50,000 from under the gun and Siarhei Chudapal defended his big blind.

The flop came J♥5♠A♦ and Kozenkai continued for 35,000. Chudapal called to the K♣ turn, where Kozenkai bet another 120,000.

Chudapal again called and the river came the K♠. Kozenkai then moved all in, putting Chudapal to a decision for his last 280,000.

Chudapal burned through the rest of his time banks as he tanked for several minutes. Harald Sammer was eliminated on another table while he was tanking, and he eventually tossed in his last chips.

Kozenkai turned over A♠Q♣ for two pair, aces and kings, and Chudapal tossed his A♠2♠ into the middle of the table before making his exit in 24th place.

The remaining 23 players are drawing for seats at the final three tables, after which they will take a 20-minute break.

Halil Tasyurek raised to 50,000 under the gun and Gerard Carbo three-bet to 125,000 in the cutoff.

Tasyurek called to see the 5♦10♦4♣ flop, where he quickly folded to a bet of 85,000 from Carbo.

A few hands later at this table, [Removed:553] raised to 55,000 before Michele Guerrini moved all in for 550,000 in the cutoff. Simon didn't take too long before he mucked.

Kozenkai Hero Calls at the Wrong Time

Bjorn Kozenkai opened to 55,000 from the hijack holding J♥8♥ and Victor Yugay defended from the big blind with A♦6♦.

The flop came A♣9♦8♦. Yugay checked, Kozenkai bet 35,000 and Yugay just called.

On the 2♣ turn both players checked leading to the 6♠ river. Yugay bet 145,000 and Kozenkai made the call. Yugay's two pair was good for the winner and he collected a sizable pot.
