Yaroshevskyy Gets It All In

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Igor Yaroshevskyy opened for 200,000 from under the gun, leaving 135,000 behind. It folded around to Mikita Badziakouski on the button who made the call and the rest of the table got out of the way.

The flop came A109 and Yaroshevskyy quickly moved the rest of his stack in the middle. Badziakouski took a few seconds before making the call and the cards were shown.

Igor Yaroshevskyy: AK
Mikita Badziakouski: KK

Yaroshevskyy would have been in rough shape preflop but after the flop saw an ace, Yaroshevskyy was well ahead for a double up. The turn and river had other plans though, when the board ran out JQ to give both players Broadway and chop up the pot.

Ketzer Gives Up

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Roman Samoylov opened his button to 60,000 before Felipe Ketzer made the three-bet to 155,000 from the big blind. Samoylov obliged with the extra chips and the pair saw a flop.

Ketzer checked the 79K flop, after which Samoylov put a bet of 275,000 out, roughly half of his stack. Ketzer now found his hand too weak and laid it down.

O'Dwyer Shoves a Flush

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

The action folded to Steve O'Dwyer in the small blind and he elected to limp in. Igor Yaroshevskyy was in the big blind and checked his option.

The flop of A36 saw O'Dwyer bet 30,000, which Yaroshevskyy quickly called. The turn 9 was then checked by both players.

On the 5 river, a flush appeared on the board. O'Dwyer then shoved all in, covering Yaroshevskyy's 375,000 stack multiple times over.

Yaroshevskyy nodded a few times before he forfeited his cards.

Dominykas Mikolaitis Eliminated in 9th place (€124,650)

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Dominykas Mikolaitis
Dominykas Mikolaitis

While the all-in and a call was happening on the other table, Dominykas Mikolaitis and Steve O'Dwyer once again got all of their chips into the middle as well. They were playing a relatively small pot until the board was completed as 5J9Q7.

Mikolaitis had 740,000 behind and was covered by O'Dwyer. All of that went into the pot and the players had a showdown.

Mikolaitis showed 65 for a rivered flush, but O'Dwyer had him beat with K2 for a better flush.

Because Chauskin and Mikolaitis busted on the same hand, they split the difference between 10th and 9th place money, each taking home €124,650.

With that, the final table of eight players has now been reached.

Natan Chauskin Eliminated in 10th Place (€124,650)

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Natan Chauskin

Daniel Dvoress open-raised from the button before Natan Chauskin three-bet jammed his 530,000 stack in the middle from the big blind. Dvoress quickly made the call with the covering stack and, after waiting for the other table to finish their hand, the cards were tabled.

Natan Chauskin: JJ
Daniel Dvoress: AQ

Dvoress flopped two pair on the QKA flop, and Chausking had zero percent when Dvoress upgraded to a full house on the A turn. The river K was a formality and Chauskin shook hands with his opponent before he left the tournament area.

O'Dwyer Doubles Up in Double Domination Rotation

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Steve O'Dwyer's stack had dwindled to 450,000 chips before he three-bet Dominykas Mikolaitis' under the gun 55,000 open to 115,000 from the cutoff. Mikolaitis then four-bet jammed for effectively O'Dwyer's stack. O'Dwyer did not waste any time making the call and the cards were shown.

Steve O'Dwyer: QQ
Dominykas Mikolaitis: 1010

O'Dwyer had the dominating pair, but Mikolaitis flopped a set on the 10AJ to jump in the lead.

The 4 turn was meaningless, however, the K river brought relief for O'Dwyer, as he rivered a straight to take down the pot and near the one million mark once more.

Nacho Barbero Eliminated In 11th Place (€115,950)

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Nacho Barbero
Nacho Barbero

Nacho Barbero opened to 50,000 from the cutoff and Ben Heath moved all in from the big blind with a bigger stack. Barbero snap-called for his tournament life and the cards were on their backs.

Nacho Barbero: AA
Ben Heath: J9

Barbero found the best hand in poker and looked good for a double up, but when the board ran out 1086105, it was the turned flush for Heath that scored the pot to send Barbero to the exit in 11th place.

Adrian Mateos Eliminated in 12th Place (€100,800)

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Adrian Mateos
Adrian Mateos

Adrean Mateos was in the big blind and was involved in a pot with Mikita Badziakouski in the cutoff. There were a modest 185,000 chips in the middle when the pair checked through the turn on 71053.

The river was the 2 and Mateos led for 110,000. Badzioukaski then put the Spaniard all-in, for 375,000 total. Mateos had an agonizing decision to make. He spent a few time bank extensions before ultimately slamming in his chips.

Badziakouski then immediately showed A4 for the rivered wheel. Mateos was not close to beating that, as he only made a pair of fives with 95.

Mateos was eliminated and Badziakouski now hoards roughly a quarter of the chips in play.
