Urbanovich Doubles as Garagnani Can't Find the Fold

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Dzmitry Urbanovich and Pedro Garagnani were heads-up in a pot worth 22,200 chips. The completed board read {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}{j-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and Garagnani had bet 15,100 on the button after a check from big blind Urbanovich. Urbanovich moved all in for less than double that amount: 28,600 chips.

Garagnani spent a few time extensions in the tank before he ultimately sighed and called. Urbanovich confirmed Garagnani's suspicions by tabling {j-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for the flopped full house, beating the flopped trips of Garagnani, who showed {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Wakil Wants to Pull the Trigger

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Jakob Miegel opened the action from the button with a raise and small blind Jamil Wakil responded with a three-bet to 9,000. Miegel called and the two saw a flop of {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}{j-Spades}.

Wakil put out a tiny bet of 2,000, which received a quick call from Miegel. On the {4-Spades} turn Wakil checked instead, leading to Miegel taking over the initiative by betting 5,500, still less than the preflop raise. The river {a-Diamonds} made the board double-paired and that caused Wakil to go deep into the tank. After spending three time bank extensions, he opted for a check. Miegel quickly checked behind and showed {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}.

Miegel's queen kicker was good against the counterfeited pair of {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} which Wakil showed. ''Would you have called if I shoved?'' Wakil asked his opponent, but no conclusive answer was given.

The river was the {7-Spades} and Krol led out for 7,500. Moreira called and cards were on their backs. Krol had {k-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and had been attempting to steal the pot with a river bluff. Moreira showed {a-Spades}{5-Clubs} for a pair of aces.

Obara checked on the flop of {k-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{q-Hearts} and Stojanovic continued for 4,500. Obara called. Obara checked again on the {5-Diamonds} turn and opted to fold when his opponent sized up to 15,000.
