Kebe Flops Two Pair and Busts

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Jimmy Kebe jammed for 99,000 from the small blind and Tobias Schwecht called from the big blind.

Jimmy Kebe: {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}
Tobias Schwecht: {q-Spades}{j-Clubs}

Kebe hit the flop best, making two pair as the dealer fanned the {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}. The {2-Diamonds} turn was a brick but Schwecht completed his straight draw on the {9-Hearts} river to eliminate Kebe.

Chisu Chases Bounty

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Conor Bergin opened from the cutoff to 25,000. In response, Danut Chisu went all in for 257,000 chips. Big blind Thomas Santerne was short-stacked and called Chisu's bet for his last 72,000 chips.

Bergin covered both players and pondered for a while whether he would take this opportunity to gather two bounties, but in the end, decided to let his hand go.

Thomas Santerne: {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Danut Chisu: {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}

Santerne was in the lead, but that changed on the flop {6-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{k-Clubs}. The turn {4-Clubs} brought chop outs, however, the river brought Chisu a third king with {k-Spades} and sealed Santerne's fate.

Three Streets from Proudfoot

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Jonathan Proudfoot raised it up in early position and was called by Enrico Camosci in the cutoff. They went heads-up to a flop of {a-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and Proudfoot started with a check. Camosci tossed in a bet of 35,000 and Proudfoot min-raised to 70,000 which Camosci called.

The turn was the {k-Spades} and Proudfoot made a small bet of 28,000. Camosci just called and the {j-Diamonds} completed the board. Proudfoot announced all in for 122,000 and Camosci asked for a count before deliberating for a minute and then folding.

Dorneles Takes Two from Chisu

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Action was caught on turn, with around 120,000 in the pot on the {2-Spades}{9-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{5-Spades} board.

Danut Chisu bet 93,000 from under the gun and was called by Luis Dorneles from the cutoff. The {j-Clubs} river checked through to showdown. Chisu could only show seven-high with his {7-Spades}{6-Spades}, while Dorneles had the {a-Spades}{k-Spades} for the winner.

"Strong, hero," commented Chisu.

The next hand, Dorneles opened to 25,000 from the hijack and Chisu called from the big blind.

Chisu check-called for 15,000 on the {10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop before check-folding after his opponent bet 55,000 on the {6-Diamonds} turn.

Level 20 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Jonathan Proudfoot
Jonathan Proudfoot

Moonho Seo opened to 27,000 under the gun and Jonathan Proudfoot three-bet to 75,000 on the button. Seo called and the dealer spread the flop of {q-Hearts}{j-Spades}{3-Hearts}. Seo checked to Proudfoot who continued with a bet of 55,000 and Seo called.

The turn brought the {2-Spades} and Seo check-called another bet of 115,000 from Proudfoot. The {3-Diamonds} paired the board on the river and Seo just jammed all in. Proudfoot instantly called off his stack of 203,000 and turned over {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} for the top full house. Seo was forced to show his {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} while he passed over a double-up.

Zhechev Hero Calls Wrongly

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Humberto Galindo
Humberto Galindo

Ivan Zhechev and Humberto Lopes Galindo were on a flop of {q-Spades}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs} with 186,000 already in the middle of the table. Zhechev bet 33,000 from the big blind, which Galindo called from the hijack.

The {2-Hearts} turn saw Zhechev slow down with a check and Galindo took the lead now by betting 54,000. Zhechev thought for a bit, then called.

The {5-Hearts} was the river and after another check from Zhechev and some thinking time, Galindo put his opponent to the test for 205,000 chips effectively. This caused a long tank from Zhechev, resulting in the floorman coming over for time. With two seconds left, Zhechev put in a single chip to signify a call.

Ivan Zhechev: {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}
Humberto Lopes Galindo: {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

Zhechev made the hero call with bottom pair, but saw he assessed the situation incorrectly. Galindo's top pair was good to scoop this big pot and he soared up in the chip counts once more.

Galindo Continues to Run Pure; Seo Runs Bad at the Mystery Bounty Chest

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante
Moonho Seo
Moonho Seo

In the last hand of the previous level, Tobias Schwecht opened to 25,000 from under the gun and Humberto Lopes Galindo called from the small blind. Moonho Seo then jammed for 71,000 from the big blind.

Schwecht called but then folded when Galindo moved all in as the bigger stack.

Moonho Seo: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Humberto Lopes Galindo: {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}

Seo could not connect on the {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} runout and was eliminated.

Seo had managed to bag himself six mystery bounty tokens throughout the day and decided to redeem them at the mystery bounty chest. He pulled open all six envelopes at the same time and was disappointed to see that he had pulled six bounties worth €1,000 each.

Yoo Flops a Set to Double Through Dominguez

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Sunho Yoo raised to 25,000 in middle position and was called by Jose Ruiz Dominguez on the button. The flop came {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Yoo continued with a bet of 30,000. Dominguez called and the {6-Diamonds} landed on the turn.

Yoo counted out a bet of 60,000 and Dominguez shoved all in. Yoo instantly called off his stack of 260,000 and rolled over {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} for a set of nines. Dominguez was left drawing dead with {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} as the {2-Spades} on the river became insignificant.

Cortes Shoves Into Flush

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

The action was caught on {3-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{8-Spades}. Small blind Gerard Rubiralta Cortes bet 45,000 into a pot of 115,000. Fabian Niederreiter was in middle position and made the call.

The river {q-Clubs} saw Cortes up the ante by pulling off a massive shove, covering his opponent by a lot. Niederreiter instantly called to grow the pot to seven figures.

Fabian Niederreiter: {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}
Gerard Rubiralta Cortes: {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}

Cortes' trips were no longer good on the river, as Niederreiter had rivered the nut flush. Niederreiter stacked his chips with a smile on his face before he got moved from the table a few hands later.
