Chang Takes in a Pot; Runs into Kings Soon After

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Jean-Jacques Zeitoun opened to 21,000 from middle position and was called by Jean Surlemont on his direct left. Carlos Chang defended in the big blind.

Zeitoun continued for 32,000 on the {q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{5-Clubs} flop and only Chang called. The {j-Diamonds} turn checked through to the {5-Diamonds} river and Chang led out for 105,000. Zeitoun folded after some decision time.

A few hands later, Chang was seen leaving his seat while his 350,000 stack went to Tonino Cardia.

The pair got in their stacks preflop, with Chang holding {a-}{k-} while Cardia had {k-}{k-}.

Chang was unable to leapfrog the kings and Cardia collected the massive pot.

Consecutive All-In and Calls at the Same Table

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

''All-in and a call!'' it sounded from Table 16. It turned out to be a classic preflop cooler. Amir Etemad's 250,000 chips were at risk against Bernardino Paulo.

Amir Etemad: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Bernardino Paulo: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}

The board ran out {2-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{q-Spades} and Paulo turned a flush thus letting the red aces prevail.

One hand later, small blind Diego Coelho went all in for 74,000 effectively with Ibrahim Ghassan left to act from the big blind. Ghassan snap-called.

Ibrahim Ghassan: {10-}{10-}
Diego Coelho: {9-}{9-}

The dealer put out a board of {3-Hearts}{4-Spades}{k-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs} to solidify Ghassan's double-up, while Coelho was left with eight big blinds.
