Ampoulie Bows Out; D'Alterio Chipping Up Early

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

Jonathan Ampoulie was seen gathering his things to make his way towards the door while Jordan Saccucci was stacking up the rest of his chips. The board read {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and the dealer was mucking Ampoulie's {a-}{8-} while D'Alterio won with {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} for kings and jacks.

Elsewhere, Tomas Macnamara was in the tank on the button with around 5,000 in the middle and {4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} on the board. Luigi D'Alterio had bet 4,500, but it was too much and Macnamara got away from it. D'Alterio is now up to double the starting stack as Level 1 nears its end.

D'Alterio Dents Drake

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

A big pot had brewed on Table 6 between Ian Drake and Luigi D'Alterio. There was 18,000 in the pot on the {j-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Spades} completed board. Ian Drake checked in the small blind before D'Alterio fired for 11,000 from the button. Drake quickly called.

Drake had the {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades} for a set of sevens, but it was no good as his opponent had the {10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for the jack-high straight.

Cournut Finds an Early Double

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

Victoria Livschitz raised to 400 from under the gun before a player in late position tossed in the chips to call. Jonathan Ampoulie came along from the small blind and Brice Cournut joined the action from the big blind.
