Astedt Doubles Off O'Dwyer in Ultimate Cooler

Level 15 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Kayhan Mokri raised to 25,000 in the hijack before Niklas Astedt three-bet to 61,000 in the cutoff. Steve O'Dwyer then moved all in on the button, Mokri folded, but Astedt called for 200,000.

O'Dwyer had run right into kings and found no miracles on the Q1075Q board. The stacks were counted down and Astedt had him covered by just 2,000, earning a double up.

"What were you doing in that hand," Teun Mulder said to Mokri.

"Made the best ace-king fold ever," joked Paulius Plausinaitis.

"How do you know?" Mokri replied.

Toma Won't Go Away

Tsugunari Toma moved all in for 33,000 under the gun and both Kayhan Mokri and Paulius Plausinaitis called.

Mokri and Plausinaitis checked down the 543J6 board and Plausinaitis showed Q10. Mokri had K9, but Toma showed A10 to triple up with ace-high heading into dinner break.

"He won't die," Mokri said as they went off on break.

"Chop it up," Niklas Astedt called out.

"What the heck is this?" Mokri said before the board ran out 78 to earn win the pot with his jack-kicker.

"Chop it up? What's this anti-sweating crew over here?" Mokri added. "Not going to say back in it to me?" he said to Astedt.

"Back in it. You were never out of it, though," Astedt replied.
