Tamisier Doesn't Get His Ace but Still Survives

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Matteo Tamisier jammed 46,000 under the gun and Waldemar Peter announced a raise on the button as he pushed a stack across the line forcing the blinds to quickly muck their hands.

Matteo Tamisier: A7 All in
Waldemar Peter: KK

"I need an ace," Tamisier remarked as the cards were tabled.

The K54 flop wasn’t exactly what he was hoping for, as Peter flopped a set of kings, but he still had a flush draw. The 7 turn gave him a pair but changed nothing significantly. The 6 river completed his flush draw, and he let out a small cheer as he collected the pot.

All three players then proceeded to check down the 3 turn and 9 river and Corbelli turned over AQ for ace-high. Ferron mucked his hand and Rezaei tabled 66 for a winning pair of sixes to claim the pot.
