Cards are in the air in the €2,200 Estrellas Poker Tour (ESPT) High Roller event Day 1b.
After Cristinel Dumitru raised to 500 from the hijack, Metin Yalciner three-bet to 1,800. Dumitru called to see a flop.
It came K♣8♦3♣ and Dumitru check-called a bet of 1,200 to see the Q♦ turn.
After checking again, Dumitru faced a bet of 4,500. He thought briefly and then folded to send the pot to Yalciner.
A relatively quiet hand to start their day, but with William Kassouf at their table, entertainment and interesting hands will likely be on the docket at Table 21.

A preflop exchange of raises built a pot of about 10,000 for Christophe Pollet in the hijack and Remy Murcia in the cutoff.
On the Q♥6♦2♠ flop, Pollet check-called a 2,000 chip bet from Murcia to see the 6♠ turn.
The action checked through to the 9♠ river and Pollet checked a final time.
Murcia elected to check back and Pollet revealed his A♦K♦. Murcia showed 10♦10♣ for the winner to take the pot.

Four players saw a flop of K♥8♠3♣ and the blinds checked to Yannick Jobin in the cutoff who bet 1,500. The button and big blind folded, but Jani Vilmunen stuck around from the small blind.
The players then checked the 4♠ turn and A♥ river with Vilmunen showing K♣J♣ for a winning pair of kings.
