Tokic Gets There on McConachie

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

David McConachi opened to 300 first-to-act and found one caller in Zeljko Tokic on the button for a heads-up pot.

Tokic called a 200 bet from McConachi on the K55 flop and then McConachie check-called a 600 bet from Tokic on the 8 turn.

The 9 completed the board and both players checked.

McConachie indicated Tokic was good and Tokic tabled 97 for a rivered pair of nines.

McConachie took one last look at his cards before sending them into the muck.

"Trust me, you were behind," McConachie said, which got a chuckle from players at the table. "This is going to be a fun table."
