Salvatore Camarda shoved from under the gun for 70,000 and Halil Tasyurek called from the next seat. Vytautas Semaska was in the hijack and shoved for 182,000, and once the action got back to Tasyurek, he called.

Camarda had the shortest stack and needed to beat both of his opponents in order to survive & triple up. Semaska was a big favorite to at least scoop the side pot, but that all changed when the dealer put out a flop of 4♥5♥8♦, which gave Tasyurek top set. The A♦ on the turn meant Camarda was drawing dead, and the 9♣ river also meant Semaska was eliminated.

Maksim Rogov opened to 20,000 under the gun, and received calls from Dick Postel in early position and Akin Tuna on the button, before Santhosh Suvarna produced a three-bet to 100,000 from the small blind.

Action back to Rogov, who thought through the spot for a moment before moving all in for around 205,000. Postel took some time to think before folding, and Tuna quickly followed suit. Suvarna made the quick call.

Rogov was behind in a race, and remained so after the Q♦7♦2♦ flop. When the flop was spread, Postel let out a yelp of disappointment and stated he had folded A♦10♦.

The K♥ rolled off on the turn to put Rogov in front, and he shouted "Hold!" as the dealer prepared to put out the river.

The river was a brick J♠, and Rogov hit the table in celebration.

Sinnos Bets Big Against Nguyen

Action folded to Christopher Nguyen who raised to 35,000 in the small blind. Eleftherios Sinnos called in the big blind and they went heads up to the Q♣5♠2♣ flop.

Nguyen continued for 20,000 and Sinnos called. Nguyen slowed down and checked the Q♥ turn, and Sinnos bet 30,000. Nguyen called.

Nguyen again checked the 5♣ river and Sinnos bet 250,000 this time. Nguyen nodded his head and flashed a smile before mucking as the stone-faced Sinnos took the pot.

Kuzmanovic Picks Up Aces and Kings Back-To-Back With Negative Results

Boris Kuzmanovic picked up the two best hands in hold'em in consecutive pots, with the opposite effect of what he would have wanted.

First, Kuzmanovic raised from early position to 20,000 and Georgios Skarparis shoved from the next seat for 155,000. When it got back to Kuzmanovic, he called.

Kuzmanovic was in a great spot to score an elimination but Skarparis found an escape path as he turned a set (and rivered a boat) on the 9♣2♠4♦J♣4♥ runout.

In the very next hand, Kuzmanovic shoved his last 30,000 into the pot from under the gun and got a call from Adrien Quetelart in the big blind.

"I can't believe it, aces and kings in two hands," said Kuzmanovic.

In the next hand, Kuzmanovic got in his A♦J♦ against AxJx of another player at the table, but they chopped the pot, which left Kuzmanovic with just under 100,000 in his stack.

With around 100,000 in the pot in a battle between the blinds, Christian Steindel led out for 80,000 on a board of 9♣Q♣8♠2♥ and Lander Lijo moved all in. Steindel quickly called for 170,000.

Steindel showed 9♥8♥ for two pair, but Lijo had Q♠8♦ for a higher two pair as the 6♥ river sealed Steindel's elimination while Lijo raked in the big pot.

James Stuns Tuna in the Biggest Pot of the Tournament

Santhosh Suvarna three-bet to 66,000 in the big blind and Bobby James called on the button, as did Akin Tuna in the small blind.

The flop came A♦Q♦J♣ and Suvarna continued for 45,000. Both opponents called and the 3♣ fell on the turn.

Tuna then led out for 265,000 and Suvarna and James both called. The river was the 2♣ and Tuna fired out 310,000. Suvarna quickly folded, while James snap-called for 246,000.

James turned over A♣Q♣ for the rivered nut flush. "No f**king way," Tuna said as he shot out of his seat and showed K♣10♣.

"That's f**king insane. Where's my cameraman? That's a f**king big pot," James said as he raked in the massive pot worth around 1,600,000. Tuna returned to the table and slammed his chair on the ground, splashing his chips into the middle of the table in frustration before heading off on break.

On the K♠9♠3♥ flop, action was checked to Cabrera, who fired out a bet of 17,000. Only Steindel called.

The A♠ rolled off on the turn, and Steindel check-jammed for 160,000 versus a bet of 27,000 from Cabrera. After some thought, Cabrera made the call with the covering stack.

However Steindel still had outs to the spade draw, and sure enough the 3♠ rolled off on the river to send him the double-up.
