Grigorios Archontakis raised to 1,000 from under the gun. Stephen Thirlwell called from the cutoff as did Giovanni Salvatore from the button and Hans Erlandsson from the big blind.

The 3108 flop was checked by Erlandsson to Archontakis who bet 1,600. Thirlwell called and Salvatore folded. Erlandsson then put in the minimum check-raise to 3,200. Archontakis called and Thrilwell folded.

On the 9 turn, Erlandsson led for 2,200 and Archontakis called. Erlandsson led on the A river and Erlandsson led again for 6,500. Archontakis made the call and showed A10. Erlandsson tabled A10 for a chop.

"So much work for nothing" remarked Archontakis as he took half the pot.

River Bet From Seri

Pierangelo Seri opened to 800 in middle position before Saad Rabih slid out a three-bet to 1,800 on his immediate left.

Tamas Balogh made the call on the button, as did Florin Elisei in the small blind. Seri came along as well to see the 737 flop.

Action checked around to Balogh, who fired 3,000. Elisei and Seri called, while Rabih got out of the way. All three players then checked the 2 turn.

The dealer turned over the 9 river and Elisei checked again. Seri tossed out a bet of 12,000, with Balogh taking some time before mucking his hand. Elisei also folded, as Seri raked in the pot.
