Philipp Wenzelburger opened to 40,000 from the cutoff and received a call from Francisco Benitez on the button before Vladimir Troyanovskiy three-bet to 175,000 from the small blind. Wenzelburger mucked his hand while Benitez made the call.

Both players checked the J♠3♠3♥ flop leading to the J♦ turn. Troyanovskiy check-called a 100,000 bet from Benitez.

Troyanovskiy checked again on the 6♥ river and Benitez bet 340,000. Troyanovskiy went into the tank, burning through four time extensions before finally sticking in the call.

Benitez could only show 2♦2♥ for a tiny pocket pair that had been counterfeited by the turn. Troyanovskiy tabled A♣Q♥ for just an ace-kicker to the two pair that was on the board and dragged in a sizable pot.

With two players seeing a board of 3♠2♦8♥9♥ and roughly 300,000 in the middle, Georgios Karakousis bet 125,000 and Cedric Schwaederle called in position.

On the A♦ river Karakousis shoved, covering Schwaederle who had roughly 150,000 behind. Schwaederle made the call and tabled A♥J♥ for top pair but Karakousis showed down 9♣8♣ for two pair to send Schwaederle to the rail and take the pot.

Nasreddine Continues to Get the Better of Benitez

Rania Nasreddine opened to 30,000 from early position before Francisco Benitez made it 140,000 from the small blind. Nasredinne four-bet to 280,000 and after using two time-banks, Benitez called.

On the 8♣7♠2♠ flop, Benitez checked and Nasredinne fired out 300,000 into a pot of 590,000. Benitez jammed as the bigger stack, and Nasreddine, who had 500,000 more behind, snap-called.

Nasreddine was in great shape to double up but the 8♠ turn gave Benitez extra outs to the flush.

The 8♠9♣6♥ flop gave Chauskin top set and Kenjic a straight draw. Kenjic checked, Chauskin bet 35,000, and Kenjic called.

The turn was the 4♠ and Chauskin bet 125,000. Kenjic raised to 350,000, Chauskin reraised to 550,000, and Kenjic called to see the Q♣ river.

Kenjic missed his straight and flush draws and checked to Chauskin, who moved all in. Kenjic snap-folded.

On the 8♦ turn Bedir shoved, covering Rutigliano who had roughly 200,000 behind. Rutigliano snap-called and was at risk.

Bigot Doubles Up With Quads

Fabrice Bigot open raised from early position and was met with a reraise from Jonathan Guedes, who made it 90,000. Action folded back around to Bigot, who four-bet to 200,000. Guedes five bet all in and Bigot called with the shorter stack of 535,000. Players turned their cards.

The board ran out 2♣J♠K♠K♦4♣. Both players flopped a set and Bigot was already ahead with the higher set of kings before the turn further improved his hand to quads. He won the pot and doubled up his stack.

Camosci Runs Into Pastore's Top Set

Jonathan Pastore raised to 35,000 in early position and Enrico Camosci three-bet to 175,000 in the big blind, leaving himself 25,000 back. Pastore called.

"Good luck, Enrico," Pastore said heading to the flop.

"I'm not all in," Camosci replied as the flop came Q♣10♣5♣. Camosci checked to Pastore who moved all in.

Camosci used a time bank before being told by a tournament official he wasn't allowed to use all of them since he was virtually all in already. He then put in his last chips.
