Ticherfatine Doubles Through Vlachos

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Andreas Vlachos opened to 1,600 from middle position and was called by Niculina Grasu in the hijack and Jean Gaye in the small blind. Cecile Ticherfatine then shoved for her last 8,000 from the big blind and only Vlachos called to put Ticherfatine at risk.

Cecile Ticherfatine: KQ
Andreas Vlachos: A10

The K43 flop paired Ticherfatine's king, but left Vlachos with a lot of outs to a flush or ace.

It wasn't meant to be, however, as the 2 turn and 4 bricked out — awarding Ticherfatine the double up.

Blind versus Blind Bustout

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Richard Leblanc shoved for roughly 10,000 from the small blind and Boris Angelov reshoved over the top for around 30,000.

Richard Leblanc: JJ
Boris Angelov: QQ

Leblanc was in bad shape drawing to just two outs and the flop of 9AQ left him drawing almost dead to Angelov's set.

The K gave Leblanc a straight draw and additional outs, but the 7 river confirmed his exit from this flight.

Shabalin Knocks Out Akguc

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Ismail Akguc moved all in from early position for 7,900 and Vladimir Shabalin followed suit in the next seat, earning folds from the rest of the table, with Akguc at risk.

Ismail Akguc: A10
Vladimir Shabalin: AK

Akguc was in trouble with a dominated ace, and the AK4 flop left him almost drawing dead versus Shabalin's top two pair.

The 4 turn and 10 river completed the runout, Shabalin's two pair with ace-king good versus Akguc's two pair with ace-ten.

Thalmann fired out a bet of 2,000, only to be met with a check-jam by Steinbach, who covered Thalmann.

Thalmann thought about the spot for a moment, before sending his hand into the muck.

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Jose Manuel Gonzalez opened to 900 from early position and was called by Etienne Grosjean in the hijack. Mengfei Su then squeezed to 2,500 from the big blind. Both Gonzalez and Grosjean called.

Su continued for 5,000 on the 6104 flop, which got a fold from Gonzalez, but a shove for 15,700 from Grosjean.

Su went deep into the tank, but eventually opted to fold and Grosjean collected the pot without showing.

Four Flush Board Checks Through

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Geoffrey Van Beest opened to 800 from early position and was called by Emmanouil Asgoudakis to his direct left, Marius Johansen in middle position and David Kaufmann in the big blind.

The monotone board A710 was checked through as was the 6 turn. The A river garnered another round of knuckles, and Van Beest tabled A7 for a rivered full house. Asgoudakis, Johansen and Kaufmann all mucked their holdings.
