Chiang Makes Set of Tens

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Jen-Yue Chiang raised to 4,500 from early position and picked up several calls before Danilo Di Pasque three-bet to 8,500 from late position. Chiang called and so did Joshua Duce.

The flop came 9106 and all three players checked. The turn was the Q. Action checked to Di Pasque, who bet 10,000, which only Chiang called.

The river came the 5 and both players checked again to showdown. Chiang showed 1010 for a set of tens to win the pot as Di Pasque mucked his hand.

Cochin's Double Dents Kamphues' Stack

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

In a three-bet pot to the K74 flop, Aristide Cochin check-raised from 7,000 to 21,000 from under the gun. Timo Kamphues on the button then announced all-in and Cochin called without any major hesitation.

Aristide Cochin: KQ
Timo Kamphues: AJ

Kamphues was caught with the fingers in the cookie jar but gained some equity with the 8 turn. Cochin all but leaped out of his chair but had reason to relax when the 10 river secured his double for 69,000.

Delafontaine Plays for It All

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

The pot stood at 24,500 with two players looking at a board of 3J79.

Adrian Ibanescu, in the big blind, check-called a bet of 13,000 from Jean-Archibald Delafontaine, in the cutoff.

The 3 landed on the river and Ibanescu checked again. Delafontaine then placed a bet that looked large enough to put Ibanescu all in for his effective stack of 50,000. Ibanescu snap-folded.
