Anuta Stacks Klopcic

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

There were already around 12,000 in the middle on a board of K274 when Ziga Klopcic got his remaining stack of around 13,000 into the pot and was put at risk by Alexandru Anuta.

Klopcic didn't stick around to see the river as he was already drawing dead. However, the dealer had to fill out the board so the 2 was put out onto the felt, and Anuta added to his stack.

Tytgat Takes Grecu Out

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Virgil Grecu was already all-in preflop and at risk for approximately 10,000 from the big blind against Nicolas Tytgat, who had Grecu covered from early position.

The Q8K flop improved both players, but vaulted Grecu into the lead with a pair of kings. However, the A turn upgraded Tytgat to two pair.

The 8 river changed nothing and Grecu was eliminated.

Jovanovic Triples in Three-Way All-In

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A three-way all-in situation played out between Tamas Janicsak from under the gun, Marko Jovanovic in middle position, and Daniel Veloson in the big blind. The full preflop action was unknown, but Veloson had shoved from the big blind when the action got to him, and both his opponents called.

Jovanovic had around 15,000 in his stack, but was in good shape to triple-up. If Janicsak could spike a jack he would eliminate two opponents as he had the bigger stack, but with two of Veloson's outs gone, Janicsak was the big favorite for the side pot worth around 30,000.

However, the Q10K flop meant the case king was out, which gave Veloson top pair. Janicsak had an open-ended straight draw, but couldn't find it on the 810 runout, which meant his stack took a dive to around 7,000. Veloson took the side pot, and Jovanovic tripled up with a full house.
