Around 1,500,000 was already in the pot as Kazuhiko Yotsushika and Vidur Sethi went to the turn on a board of 7♦Q♠Q♦A♠. Yotsushika then bet 1,100,000 from the small blind and Sethi called under the gun.
The river was the 3♥ and Yotsushika bet another 1,650,000. Sethi again called, and Yotsushika turned over Q♥5♥ for trips. Sethi tapped the felt in acknowledgment and sent his cards into the muck as Yotsushika raked in the massive pot.
At the same time at another table, Eros Calderone had moved all in for 1,000,000 from middle position as Jakub Sterba put him at risk in the small blind.
Eros Calderone: K♣9♦
Jakub Sterba: A♣K♠
Sterba had Calderone dominated and left him drawing dead after the A♦A♥8♣ flop gave him trips. The K♥ turn improved Sterba to a full house, while the 7♣ river sealed Calderone's elimination.

The flop of 7♠6♦A♥ checked through and the same action took place on the 4♣ turn. Reid checked once more on the J♥ river and Skardi bet 600,000. Reid folded.
Skardi showed J♦J♣ for a rivered set of jacks, putting a tough beat on the Q♠Q♣ of Di Stefano as the Italian was sent to the rail.

Luis Cortes moved all in for his last 1,400,000 from the big blind as Mengshi Tian put him at risk in the hijack.
Luis Cortes: K♥K♠
Mengshi Tian: Q♣Q♠
Cortes was on the right side of the cooler and was poised to double up until the flop brought Q♦J♠4♥, giving Tian top set and the lead. The turn, though, was the K♦ and Cortes jumped out of his seat and let out a loud yell in celebration after spiking a set of kings. The river was the A♠ and Tian laughed off the beat, snapping a photo of the board before handing over the pot.
