Santhosh Suvarna Among Top 5 for Day 2 of EPT Super High Roller
Day 2 of the €100,000 EPT Super High Roller during the PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona gets underway today at 12:30 p.m. local time inside Casino Barcelona. Yesterday's opening day drew a total of 36 high rollers, with only 22 managing to make it through to the penultimate day of play.
Coming in with the biggest stack of the remaining players is Thailand’s Punnat Punsri after bagging up 943,000 yesterday. Sitting behind Punsri are Seth Davies with 890,000 in second, and Teun Mulder with 829,000 takes the third spot on the leaderboard. Santhosh Suvarna (749,000) and two-time defending champion Kayhan Mokri (608,000) round out the top five, all of whom start today with over 100 big blinds.

Play resumes at blinds of 3,000/6,000 with a 6,000 big blind ante, and another eight 60-minute levels are on the schedule. Registration will remain open until cards are in the air, giving anyone the chance to jump in and spin up a stack. The official prize pool and payouts will be announced shortly after cards are in the air.
