Tomasz Brzezinski moved all in for 6,000,000 from under the gun. Thomas Eychenne and Sebastian Ionita folded, but Umberto Zaffagnini snap-called in the big blind.

Brzezinski once again ran over to his rail as he was looking for an ace to beat Zaffagnini's tens. The J♥10♠8♦ flop gave Zaffagnini a set, while Brzezinski was left with a straight draw.

The J♦ turn improved Zaffagnini to a full house and Brzezinski was already drawing dead. The 6♥ completed the board on the river and Brzezinski was sent to the rail in fourth place.

With three players remaining, levels will be reduced to 15 hands.
