The next hand, Zaffagnini and Pineda Lozano went heads-up to a flop of Q♥5♥3♦ in a limped pot from the blinds. Action checked to the A♠ turn where Zaffagnini bet 400,000. Pineda Lozano called and they checked down the 7♥ river.

Thomas Eychenne made it 1,200,000 from the small blind and Sebastian Ionita defended his big blind.

The Q♣Q♦Q♥ flop checked through for the Q♠ to roll off on the turn. After another round of checks, the 2♠ revealed itself on the river. Eychenne gathered together a bet of 3,500,000, causing Ionita to go into the tank.

After taking roughly three minutes of deliberation, Ionita slammed in the call. Eychenne showed 5♥4♣ for quads with a five, and lost the pot to Ionita's K♦4♦ for quad queens with a king-kicker.

Eychenne moved down to fifteen million, while Ionita took the chip lead.
