Sheils Chooses the Wrong Time

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Brandon Sheils
Brandon Sheils

Antoine Saout raised from the cutoff and called when Brandon Sheils three-bet from the small blind.

Sheils continued for 2,400 into a pot of 7,000 on the KJ4 flop, and Saout called.

Sheils then check-called a bet of 5,500 on the 9 turn, bringing in the 2 river. Sheils checked again, and Saout fired out 29,000, leaving 400 behind. Sheils went deep into the tank.

"I'm gonna call one in four times," said Sheils as he mulled over his options.

Sheils soon decided that this would be his one time, and he called.

Saout had K4 for two pair, besting Sheils' AJ.

Soulier Makes Shevliakov Fold

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

It was a three-way on a flop of 43Q; Octavian Tarcau on the button bet 1,300. After he reentered, Aleksandr Shevliakov, in the big blind, check-called, then Corentin Soulier in middle position check-raised to 3,700. Tarcau folded, and Shevliakov called.

Both Shevliakov and Soulier checked the 10 turn, but after Shevliakov checked the A river as well, Soulier bet 8,000.

It didn't take long for Shevliakov to send his cards into the muck.

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Lukas Robinson
Lukas Robinson

The action was joined with roughly 2,000 chips already in the middle, and a flop showing 346.

Omar Del Pino, playing from the big blind, placed a bet of 700, which Lukas Robinson, in the cutoff, called.

The turn brought the 2, and Del Pino continued for 1,700. Again, Robinson called.

The board was completed with the 2 river, which did nothing to slow Del Pino down, placing another bet, this time for 1,900.

Robinson took his time to make a decision, ultimately choosing to call. Del Pino flipped over 94, which was no good versus the 55 of Robinson.

Haverstad continued for 5,500 on a flop of J59 and was called, then both players checked the 2 turn.

The A river completed the board, and Haverstad moved in for 50,000. With 18,700 behind, Calderone went deep into the tank but folded.

Michaud Finds Value on River

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

Action began with a raise from Clement Michaud in middle position to 700. Andrew Hulme made the call from the cutoff, and the big blind player came along too.

Action checked through on the 710J flop, and the dealer added the 8 turn to the board.

When the big blind player checked for a second time, Michaud put in a delayed continuation-bet of 1,600. Hulme made the call, and the big blind folded.

The river brought the 5, and Michaud continued with a bet of 1,700. Hulme took his time before making the call. Michaud tabled 109 for a straight, and Hulme mucked his cards.
