In the 920th episode of the PokerNews Podcast, Chad Holloway, Mike Holtz, and Ben Ludlow are all at Level 9 Studios in Las Vegas to talk a little but about WSOP champ and the most recent member of the Poker Hall of Fame Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi, who actually sat down with Chad at the Venetian to talk about his new "Grinder's Game" cash game and the upcoming World Tournament of Slots (WTOS).

They then discuss David Coleman winning the Poker Masters purple jacket, Jason Koon's bad beat, Shaun Deeb capturing his WSOP bracelet, and other winners from the WSOP Europe. Speaking of winners, Jeremy Gaubert took down the RGPS Grand Prix New Orleans, Josh Arieh and Nick Palma both won online bracelets, and Bridget Johnson was victorious in the RPT Tri-State Poker Championship.

Finally, Chad reveals another code word for this year's NAPT Gold Pass giveaway valued at $10,000, and goes one-on-one with Chris Bilinsky, a Gold Pass winner who's already booked his ticket to Las Vegas. It checked to Tomas on the A♦A♥6♣ flop, and he bet 45,000. Only Pardo called. The latter then folded to a bet of 185,000 in the 10♣ turn.

Boika Tries to Bluff Brzezinski

Aliaksei Boika was in the cutoff and raised to 45,000. Tomasz Brzezinski defended in the big blind and check-called when Boika tossed in an additional 40,000 on the J♥Q♠8♥ flop.

Boika sized up to a sizable 150,000 on the 6♠ turn. Brzezinski stuck around with another check-call, leading to the 6♦ river. After a bit of thought, Boika decided to wager 375,0000.

Brzezinski also spent one of his time banks before he slammed in a call. Boika played seven-high with 7♠5♠, leaving Brzezinski to drag the pot with Q♣4♣ for a flopped top pair.

Both players checked the Q♦7♠K♠ flop and the 3♥ turn, but on the Q♥ river, Mateos led out for 40,000.

Bedell raised to 125,000 and was called by Mateos, who lost to Bedell's trips with Q♣10♦.

Luis Faria started off with a raise to 40,000 in the cutoff. Adria Calonge three-bet to 130,000 in the big blind, to which Faria responded with a four-bet to 230,000.

Calonge was not satisfied yet and went all in for 595,000, being snapped off by Faria's covering stack.

Zhao Folds Two Pair After Monster Flop

Luis Faria was first to act and raised to 40,000 with A♥J♥. It folded to Jiaming Zhao in the big blind, who called 10♦8♣. Faria placed a continuation-bet of 50,000 on the 8♦10♥K♥ flop, which Zhao check-raised to 165,000.

Faria wanted to see a turn and called the raise for Zhao to bet 200,000 on the subsequent Q♦ turn. Faria tossed in another call with his turned nuts, after which the dealer put the J♠ on the river.

The four-liner on the board slowed down Zhao as he checked it over to Faria. Faria opted for a bet worth 220,000. Zhao needed one time bank to fold his flopped two pair, and the pot was shipped to Faria without showdown.
