Zhao Folds Two Pair After Monster Flop

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Luis Faria was first to act and raised to 40,000 with AJ. It folded to Jiaming Zhao in the big blind, who called 108. Faria placed a continuation-bet of 50,000 on the 810K flop, which Zhao check-raised to 165,000.

Faria wanted to see a turn and called the raise for Zhao to bet 200,000 on the subsequent Q turn. Faria tossed in another call with his turned nuts, after which the dealer put the J on the river.

The four-liner on the board slowed down Zhao as he checked it over to Faria. Faria opted for a bet worth 220,000. Zhao needed one time bank to fold his flopped two pair, and the pot was shipped to Faria without showdown.
