Holden Gets Value With Kings

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

Hijack Mark Holden and Adrien Guyader on the button had created a pot of 6,000 preflop. Holden then checked the J42 flop over to Guyader, who bet 1,700.

Holden flicked in a small raise to 3,800, which Guyader called. Holden kept firing on the 2 turn, opting for a size of 6,000. Another call flew in from Guyader, prompting the dealer to put the 3 river on the felt.

Holden sized down to 5,000, and Guyader called off after about a minute in the tank. Holden confidently tabled KK for kings and deuces, and he was awarded the huge pot when Guyader's cards hit the muck.

Ten 60-minute levels are on the cards on both Day 1a and Day 1b, with a small break after every two levels and a 60-minute dinner break after Level 6.

Late registration will remain open throughout the day, closing at the start of Day 2, at which point the starting stack will be worth 20 big blinds. Only two entries per player are allowed in total across all days, including Day 2.
