The pot was around 4,000 when the flop came K♣8♣6♠. Toru Ida opened the action from early position with a bet of 1,500. Sokratis Linaras, seated next to him, shoved his last 5,600 into the middle, prompting a snap-call from Pedro Bartolome. When the action returned to Ida, he also made the call.

The Q♥ on the turn and the K♥ on the river were checked through by all players, setting up the showdown. Ida revealed A♣7♣ for a missed flush draw and ace-high. Linaras, risking his tournament life, had 4♣2♣ for a flush draw as well. Bartolome, holding Q♣5♣, not only had a flush draw but also paired his queen on the turn, taking down the pot and sending Linaras out of the tournament.

Julien Sitbon and Marius Gierse were heads up on the 4♥K♦7♦A♠ turn. Julien Sitbon checked under the gun, after which Gierse added 10,000 to the pot of 12,500 with a bet.

Sitbon thought for a while before moving all in, and Gierse quickly called for 23,500 in total.

"Wow," Sitbon exclaimed as the K♣ river brought him one of his two outs in the deck. The chips were carefully counted as Sitbon played only a few big blinds more, after which Gierse said his goodbyes.

"At least I didn't punt it off," Gierse consoled himself as he headed to the exit.

The 7♣6♦9♣ flop was checked around to see the 3♥ turn.

Golczyk bet out 1,800 and only Bereciartua called, taking the players heads up to the 6♣ river.

Golczyk checked, Bereciartua bet 6,300 and Golczyk gave up his hand.

Leknes bet 2,200 on the J♥ turn, and Kaukua called again. On the 4♠ river Leknes sized up with a 6,000 bet that was enough to get a fold from Kaukua.

The pot stood at around 3,000 and action checked around to the K♣ turn.

Fournaris checked again. Sataoen bet 1,100 which was enough to see both players fold, and he picked up a small pot.
