Edward Pak raised to 30,000 from early position, and Lukas van Eeden defended his big blind.
The action checked through on the 6♥5♣2♥ flop, but when Van Eeden checked again on the J♥ turn, Pak bet 45,000, and Van Eeden called.
The 2♦ completed the board, and the action checked through once again. Van Eeden tabled K♥10♦ for king-high, and Pak mucked his cards.
Henok Tekle Mariam raised to 30,000 from the hijack and Miroslav Rizov three-bet the small blind to 125,000. Tekle Mariam called.
Rizov bet 115,000 on the A♥7♣8♥ flop and Tekle Mariam called.
The 3♠ came on the turn and Rizov fired a second barrel of 265,000. Again, Tekle Mariam called.
The J♠ completed the board, and Rizov elected to make the smallest bet possible, just one big blind of 15,000. Tekle Mariam quickly called and Rizov showed K♠J♥ for a pair of jacks. Tekle Mariam had him beat with A♣Q♠ for top pair, and the large pot went his way.
Gabriel Tavares limped in from the small blind, and Gerard Carbo raised to 55,000 in the big blind. Tavares called to the 6♥5♠4♥ flop, which both players checked.
Tavares then bet 55,000 on the 10♠ turn. Carbo called, and the subsequent Q♦ river was quickly checked to showdown. Tavares showed ace-high with A♠3♣, but Carbo had a pair with J♠5♣ to win the pot.
Denis Titenski raised to 30,000 from middle position, and, one seat to his left in the hijack, Manuel Ferrari three-bet to 85,000. When the action returned to Titenski, he moved all-in for 405,000, and Ferrari called.

Titenski found no help from the deck, as the dealer provided a 9♥7♦2♥6♦K♦ board, bringing Titenski's Day 4 to an early end.
On the K♦10♦3♣ flop, Mihai Tabac checked from the big blind and Paolo Boi fired for 40,000 from middle position. Tabac check-raised to 120,000, which Boi called.
The 4♦ came on the turn and Tabac jammed for about 140,000. Boi snap-called.

Tabac had outflopped Boi with two pair and just had to dodge Boi's outs on the river.
The J♦ river changed nothing, and Tabac doubled up to get his day off to the perfect start.
Maurizio Giuseppucci open-shoved his stack of 205,000 in on the button. Jose Criado was in the big blind, and he quickly called.

Criado locked up the pot on the 7♣8♦2♠K♦ turn, and Giuseppucci said a swift goodbye as the meaningless 5♥ river rolled off.

Day 4 of the €5,300 Main Event at the 2026 PokerStars European Poker Tour Barcelona gets underway today at 12 p.m. local time inside Casino Barcelona, with just 67 players remaining from the 1,823-entry field and the €1,370,050 top prize now in their sights.
All survivors have locked up €19,900 from the €8,841,550 prize pool, with Brazil's Fabricio Nociolini sitting at the top. Nociolini bagged 2,510,000 at the end of Day 3 and will return with 167 big blinds, putting some distance between himself and the rest of the players.
Closest behind is the Netherlands' Joris Ruijs, who comes back with 2,185,000 after also breaking through the two-million mark. Romania's Alexandru Toderita sits third with 1,970,000, while Sebastian Malec and Eduardo Kalil are tied on 1,950,000 to round out the top five.

Day 2 chip leader Grzegorz Kozieja remains firmly among the top ten with 1,475,000, while Matas Cimbolas is also above the million mark with 1,280,000. Sarah Jarry, who started Day 3 second in chips, brings 915,000 to play today, and Miroslav Rizov is not far behind with 885,000.
Plenty of familiar faces are scattered throughout the remaining field, including Espen Sandvik (690,000), Romain Lewis (615,000), Brock Wilson (585,000), and Antoine Labat (225,000). Five former EPT Main Event champions are also still alive, headed by Nicolas Chouity with 1,050,000, while Hall of Famer John Juanda returns just shy of the seven-figure club with 990,000.
Day 4 gets underway at noon, with play resuming on Level 21 with blinds of 10,000/15,000 and a 15,000 big blind ante. Four 90-minute levels are currently scheduled, with a short break following each level and play expected to conclude at around 7 p.m. local time, although the schedule remains subject to change.
